Observing & Supporting First Meetings, Mediations and Court Events (September 2025) – Runs through how to help prepare for each event, eƯectively take notes, take steps after each of these events (e.g. prep of chronology, report letters and scheduling compliance dates) to support their supervising solicitor. It also runs through some practical skills on court etiquette if they’re observing a court event, and understanding how to manage the client for any periods they’re left alone with the client (“the art of small talk”).
