Child Support Part 2 – Departures from Formula and Agreements (November 2025) – An overview of alternatives to the formula – Change of Assessment applications, court applications, and other Maintenance rights under the FLA. Also covers introduction to Binding and Limited Child Support Agreements and the diƯerences / applications of each type. Attendees should be confidently able to understand the child support departure processes to consider formula alternatives, and identify situations where a Child Support Agreement might be preferrable to the formula.
